Crispy duck pancake

Quarter aromatic crispy duck to share per couple served with pancake and plum sauce

Dumplings and dim sum

Each person will have a tasting platter of four dumplings, consisting of one each of the following: xiao long bao pork, prawn har gau, and spicy duck dumpling and scallop dumpling

Appetiser

Each guest chooses from one portion of appetiser or soup (excludes duck dishes)

Mains

Each guest chooses one main dish – meat dishes, egg and tofu, vegetables, roast meats or noodles (more than 130 options) (excludes seafood dishes)
