No restaurant in London does cutting-edge quite like Inamo. From the interactive menu projected on to the tabletops to the live feed from the kitchen webcam, this place delivers its fine fare in true twenty-first-century fashion. You’ll need something to drink while you play ‘Pong’ on your high-tech table: choose from beer, wine, cocktails or mocktails and they’ll keep ’em coming for 90-minutes. Plus, you’ll get one dish to snack on but, let’s be honest, you’ll probably want more, so you can check out the menu below.

Red dragon roll – red peppers, crunchy cucumber and smooth avocado (v)

Flamed Edamame – Edamame flambéed in sake

Yuzu pork belly – pork belly drizzled with a more-ish yuzu dressing

Korean bbq ribs – tender pork ribs smothered in a more-ish bbq sauce

Sweet potato and soba fries - Japanese take on sweet potato fries with a wasabi mayo dip

Prawn crackers – crispy prawn crackers, with a sweet chilli dipping sauce

Beefeater pink – served with fever-tree aromatic tonic, strawberries and a mint sprig Tropical storm – we’ve added a shot of Havana 3yr old rum to our popular mocktail

Fuji fizz – kiwi fruit, absolut vodka, Akashi-Tai sake, a splash of soda and mint

Lychee martini – Absolut vodka, shaken, with fresh lime juice, lychee liqueur and juice, strained into a chilled martini glass

Habu – Absolut vodka with coca-cola, signature mixer herbal and a sprig of rosemary

Tropical tornado mocktail – a non-alcoholic blend of passion fruit, lime and guava juice with a hint of cinnamon

Orange and cucumber cooler mocktail – a delicious mix of cucumber, orange juice, lemon juice and cucumber tonic

Kirin beer – premium Japanese beer
