Treat yourself to a little R&R at Crystal Palace Spa in Marylebone (despite the name), where you can have a luxury pamper package for just a fraction of the price. You’ll have a full-body exfoliation, followed by a soak massage and a body mask with your choice of clay, mud or coffee. Lasting about 90 minutes in total, it’s a must for busy Londoners looking to unwind. You can even take a mate along with you if you fancy. 

How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to info@crystalpalacespa.com with your preferred date and time. The voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. Alternatively you can book via phone on 020 7724 3113.
• Please present your voucher on arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Sunday (10:30 am - 7 pm).
• Voucher valid until March 31, 2026.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a spa package for one or two people at Crystal Palace Spa.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over. 
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• This experience is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have high blood pressure. If you have any medical concerns, please speak to reception or a member of the team on arrival.
• Please note Tuesdays are reserved for ladies-only access.
• Please bring swimwear, a towel, and moisturiser. Need a towel? Hire one for £3, or two for just £5.
• Professional photography or filming equipment is not permitted in the spa.
• Late arrivals may result in a missed appointment. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued in these cases. 
• The merchant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking. (only add if applicable).
