How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to lbamasterclass@mail.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Alternatively, call 0208 226 0200 during office hours (9 am – 5 pm), or email.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays (11 am – 1 pm) and (2 pm – 4 pm).
• Voucher valid until November 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a Masterclass package with London Beauty Artists Masterclass.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• All bookings are strictly subject to availability. It is recommended that customers book at least four weeks in advance to secure preferred dates. Exclusions may apply.
• Customers arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be permitted to attend the experience on the same day and must arrange an alternative date.
• The full experience duration is approximately two hours.
• Participants are advised to dress comfortably. Towels and headbands will be provided.
• This is a closed class; no spectators are permitted. Complimentary hot and cold drinks will be available.
• The merchant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 72 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
