General admission. Over 18s only. Recommended footwear: trainers or jazz shoes. Comfortable clothing: leggings, jazz pants, and fitted tracksuit bottoms, shorts, crop tops, tight t-shirts are recommended. It's hot work so bring a bottle of water.
