The tale of three film students who go into the forest…Halloween always provides the perfect opportunity to dust off some classic scare-fests, and this year AIDA Shoreditch will be transforming their homely shop into the unsettling Burkittsville woodland for an extra eerie screening of The Blair Witch Project.
Your friendly AIDA team are already working tirelessly, putting in the work assembling creepy stick figures and collecting piles of rocks set the mood. There will be plenty of themed refreshments available to purchase so get the drinks in and kick back in one of their deck chairs. We promise you're in safe hands.
For those of you yet to venture into the woods, here's a little plot summary:
Three film students set out into the Black Hills Forest to make a documentary on the legendary Blair Witch. Armed with a 16mm camera, a Hi8 video camera, and a DAT recorder; their every step, word and sound is captured. After wandering through the Black Hills Forest, Heather, Josh, and Mike become cold, lost and hunted. Finally, one night after the last ray of light leaves the forest black, they mysteriously disappear. One year later, a bag full of film cans, DAT tapes, and video tapes were found.
