Join AIDA for a screening of Marion Cotillard's latest flick
Step away from the cineplexes of the city and join AIDA for an intimate and unique film screening experience. Their aim is always to bring communities together, and they believe that there aren't many better ways to do that than through cinema. With that in mind, they're hosting a carefully selected array of award-winning films at the inviting and cosy Shoreditch store. With an intimate setup of super comfy deckchairs, there'll be an amazing selection of refreshments on offer including Japanese rice crackers, dried fruit and nuts, fat free frozen yoghurt, tea, coffee and cakes from the in-store cafe, as well as popcorn (obviously). On top of all that, they'll be giving away two complimentary drinks with every ticket to celebrate the first night of their summer screenings. Kicking everything off is Rust And Bone, a 2012 French-Belgian romantic drama starring Marion Cotillard and Matthias Schoenaerts. Alain, a former boxer and single father meets Stephanie. Alain's bond with Stephanie, a killer whale trainer, grows deeper after Stephanie suffers a horrible accident. As Stephanie draws on Ali's physical strength, an unexpected courtship slowly comes to life. Certificate: 15. Runtime: 2 hours. 2 complimentary drinks are included in the ticket price. Doors open: 7:45pm. Film start time: 8pm. End time 10:30pm.
