Brew aficionados, this is your chance to get up to speed on a different kind of hops process you may not be used to. Our friends from across the pond have their own way of doing things, and that’s not limited to their beer consumption. Walk through at least five beers and discover the range of tastes and flavours they create. Tom Shellhammer and Jeff Clawson from Oregon State University are American Hop specialists, so we can’t think of anyone better to be your guides.
