Sure, you might have tried to get on the lockdown sourdough bandwagon – hey, you might have even created edible lockdown sourdough! – but this is what you need if you want to really nail baking. It’s a two-hour, in-person class (they are back! They exist!) which will teach you exactly how to make focaccia, pizza, flatbread (with houmous), dough sticks (with a homemade sweet chilli sauce), ‘tear and share’ with fresh garlic butter, walnut and raisin bread, and chocolate brioche rolls with hot chocolate sauce. Quite a lot huh? Well, that’s why they’re the experts because they can totally get you skilled in those two hours. Plus! No kneading involved. Sounds good to us.
