A brand new supper club from your favourite chef with a penchant for profanity!Veal is ready to take its rightful place as a star player on menus – and your plates.
Join maze Grill as they celebrate welfare-friendly English rose veal and take a nose-to-tail approach with the meat they source directly from pioneering Lake District farmers the Barracloughs.
As well as the expertly cooked prime cuts you would expect at maze Grill, the four-course dinner menu will feature smoked veal marrowbone, devilled sweetbreads and an equally devilish veal and pistachio pork pie. To complete the package, there will be cocktails and canapés to enjoy on arrival and a special wine pairing menu available.
The Eve of Veal, part of the ‘Prime Nights’ supper club series, will be held at maze Grill Park Walk on May 16. The exclusive four-course dinner menu is £50 per person, with the option of wine pairings for an additional £35 per person.
Service charge is not included and is payable directly to the restaurant on the night.
