Ballet Nacional De España: Grito + Suite
A magical show featuring a wide variety of flamenco styles
When it comes to dance with a Spanish flavour, this is about as good as it gets. Ballet Nacional De España is undergoing a creative revival under the direction of contemporary creator Antonio Najarro. They're bringing two pieces to the Flamenco Festival. Suite Sevilla, with 35 dancers on stage and live music, fuses cutting-edge trends with Najarro's unique approach to choreography; while Grito, first performed in 1997, is considered a masterpiece."Spain's pre-eminent dance company."
