BBC Concert Orchestra: Twisting The Dial

The sixties and seventies in orchestral perfection

Time-travel back to the '60s and '70s to relive the sounds from TV, film and radio that defined them. The movies brought us themes from James Bond, Alfie and The Railway Children, whilst Oliver wowed the West End and Thunderbirds were go. On the classical side, Benjamin Britten, William Walton and Malcolm Arnold were producing lifelong classics. The BBC Concert Orchestra bring you a uniquely eclectic mix of the music from these fantastic decades. Not suitable for ages 8 and under.
