Ice cream concoctors embrace the summer with an open-air cinema series
Summer and open-air cinema go together like two scoops in a cone. Powered by human cycling, the latest in environmentally friendly hybrid power and of course deliciously euphoric Fairtrade ice cream, Ben & Jerry's Big Ice Screenings are taking it up a notch. They're gonna be showing an epic selection of cult classics in the lush surroundings of Clapham Common, matched by an on-site experience that's next-level cool. A sneak peek at what you can expect: - A market of food and drink stalls such as DogTown, Karma Cola and Bad Boys Bakery - Games zones, climate change and recycling zones, and a Ben & Jerry's merchandise tent - "First come first served" seating, from blankets and beanbags to directors chairs and grassy astro-turf sofas - Tickets include free unlimited Ben & Jerry's ice cream Kate Hudson will take you on a rock 'n' roll journey set in 1973. 15-year-old William (Patrick Fugit) gets to experience the life of a band on tour when he is assigned by Rolling Stone magazine to interview Stillwater – the hottest band on the music scene. Cameron Crowe won an Oscar for Best Writing, Screenplay Written Directly For The Screen.
