How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to reservations@benaresrestaurant.co.uk with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Saturday (Lunch: 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm) Dinner: (5:30 pm to 10:30 pm).
• Voucher valid until May 30, 2026.
• Not valid on Mothers Day.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for three dishes and a beer (330ml bottle) at Benares.
• Only valid for your selected option. One voucher per person.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over. 
• Menu subject to change.
• One voucher per person. Maximum of six per booking.
• A 10% service charge and 5% cover charge may be added on the bill.
• The dress code is smart casual, no trainers, or flip flops.
• Please note this package is not available on special dates when the restaurant can only offer limited set menus.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
