Blurt was founded in 1979 by poet, saxophonist, and puppeteer Ted Milton. Come 2013, he's the only original member of the band left, but still strives to create original jazz-infused post-punk and performance poetry. Blurt have a new release, full of material that was originally put out by Factory records. Having shared stages with Joy Division, Cabaret Voltaire, and A Certain Ratio, this is a chance to see an experimental legend at work.
