Take, for example, this epic-looking bottomless brunch at Bethnal Green’s Fugitive Motel Bar + Kitchen. These guys seriously know what they’re doing. There’s the American-inspired menu, packed with classics like buttermilk stacked pancakes, housemade waffles with crispy chicken, or the loaded avo with chilli jam. Then, there’s the fact that the staff top up your drinks with bottles (of DOC-grade prosecco, naturally), not glasses. You could also choose between Mimosas and Kir Royales. 

Need a little break from your seat? Hop on over to the shuffleboard table, and if one is free, then it’s yours to play on! Now that’s how you do bottomless brunch.
