Chekhov's Uncle Vanya

An all-star performance of a comedy masterpiece

One of Anton Chekhov's undisputed masterpieces, Uncle Vanya unites Ken Stott, Anna Friel, Samuel West & Laura Carmichael on stage for the first time. Adapted by Christopher Hampton, Uncle Vanya uniquely blends Chekhov's sparkling wit and earthy Russian humour to brilliant comic effect. Vanya (Stott), Yelena (Friel), Astrov (West) & Sonya (Carmichael) are all in love with the past, with ideals, and with each other. As their universe shifts around them they struggle to keep their emotions at bay in this exquisitely evoked comedy of the trials and tribulations of the human condition. Your tickets are best available Stalls or Dress Circle seats, normal face value is £53.50, you will be charged £37.
