Taking place at Ann’s Smart School of Cookery, the session will have you whipping up tantalisingly sweet creations in the form of chocolate fondant with toasted coconut and chocolate ice cream, chocolate souffle with a dusting Ann's smart raspberry and green tea sugar, rum truffles and deconstructed lime and chocolate cheesecake with a whiskey biscuit crumb and a lime and mint foam.
