Films: - Unladylike Directed by Melanie Brown, Anna Patton In 2012, women’s boxing was included in the Olympics for the first time ever, sparking a sudden rise in popular appeal. Lesser known are the fights outside the ring that led to this tipping point. Some still carry the bruises. Through their stories, ‘Unladylike’ reveals what draws women and girls from every walk of life to boxing. Despite this she has set up a library and needs books. A woman in New York is struggling to cope after the sudden death of her famed younger sister. In the midst of her crippling depression, she learns about Thao and decides to help.
