Dine Mile High: Destination Mozambique
High flying, five star dining with a 1950s twist
Four cousins dreamt of the ultimate pop up experience combining food with art, music, and a slice of interactive theatre. The Mile High dining experience goes even further and brings you the most exciting young chefs and a generous tipple to wash down their wares. Tonight the captain and his flight crew are flying your taste buds to Mozambique, and the menu is phenomenal. Ex-Moro chef Oliver Templeton and his team will be cooking up a suitably delectable four course meal. Here's the menu: - Prawns marinated in fresh coconut, with red chilli, peanuts, and lime. - Charcoal grilled sardines, fried cassava, and sweet, spicy tomato salsa. - Spatchcock poussin, coriander pilaf with grilled red pepper, green chilli, and cucumber. - Macerated pineapple, coconut, mango and passionfruit granita with salted cashew nuts. Best available seating allocated by the venue on arrival. Included in your ticket price are two classic cocktails, departure lounge snacks, and a four course meal. The secret location will be revealed once you've purchased your ticket. All we can say now is West London...
"Be warned, it books out faster than an EasyJet flight in August."
