Foodie concoctions that not even Willy Wonka could dream upWhere else would you find Bompas and Parr, the world’s leading jellymongers alongside food futurologists, butter sculptors, and cake architects? Here's where, and all these wonders will be explained. The Experimental Food Society have curated a day of foodie magic where you can take part in interactive exhibits, talk to the conjurors of experimental confectionary, and nibble on edible artwork. You can even enter a breathable tearoom and see a wild flower meadow made entirely from sugar. Magic!
General admission. Your ticket is for entrance between 12:15pm-2:30pm to the exhibition in Shop 14. You also have access to the full schedule of talks between 11am-7pm in Shop 13.
