Five Course Thai Tasting Menu In A Tom Dixon Apartment
Titillate your tastebuds with this Thai tasting menu
Delicious food, delicately prepared in a jaw-dropping setting. Does it get any better than this? Roaming restaurant specialists Chateau Marmot are back, and they've brought Australia's leading Thai chef Sujet Saenkham with them to a luxurious apartment designed by iconic British designer Tom Dixon. This is elegant Thai food with a twist – Sujet will have access to Chateau Marmot’s impressive list of small farms, fishermen and foragers from around the UK – to create five exciting courses for your tasting pleasure. As always, the drinks list will be carefully curated to compliment the food, including cocktails from the Beehive Place team which share ingredients with the menu, wines from independent growers, craft beer and lovely soft drinks. Plus, each ticket includes a signed copy of Sujet's Spice I Am, so you can go home and try and emulate the mouth-watering meals you experienced. Mmmm. “Beautiful British ingredients without being pompous or self indulgent. Just genuinely bloody tasty” – Great Little Place No refunds available.
