WHAT IS IT?
Five Sweat IT classes in central London for just £10 each.
To get yourself feeling fit, healthy and on top of the world. The Sweat IT approach combines targeted strength training with maximum effort cardio intervals. No two consecutive sessions are the same to ensure the highest possible impact!
Each class ranges from 40 – 60 minutes with 50 percent ’rig‘ and 50 percent ‘run’ (unless you choose R-dig, in which case you will spend your entire session on the rig). Check out the wide range of classes below and get booking – it’s time to get that ass off the sofa.
WHAT ARE THE CLASSES?
Heart and Hustle
Chest and back: dynamic push and pull movements. These big opposing muscle groups need to be worked hard and in equal measure to obtain the perfect balanced form
Legs and glutes: explosive lower body session, attacking the largest muscle group with speed and stamina. Expect heavy resistance with fast and furious intervals
Shoulders and arms: rapid fire supersets with active recovery to blast through your shoulders, biceps and triceps
Core and abdominals: intense intervals focusing on core power, core strength and core stabilisation. Build the foundations of a powerful centre
Guts and Glory
This challenge based workout is designed to push you to the next level and focuses on measurable performance. There’s a different selection of challenges on the treadmill & rig. Expect any combination of AMRAPs, EMOMs, distance, reps + time challenges. It takes GUTS to achieve GLORY.
