WHAT ARE THE CLASSES?
These classes will take you through the essentials of yoga flow – ideal for newbies or those who haven’t been on the mat for a while.
An immersive, tranquil flow class that’s set to an uplifting soundtrack. Good for beginners, and those seeking a slower-paced, low-intensity class.
Flow Life 45
Signature yoga flow that’ll take you through a dynamic flow intended to make you break a sweat, breathe that bit deeper and take your mind off day-to-day life.
A class that’s designed around music and draws on pilates, yoga and dance. It’s all about building your core strength and improving your balance, posture and flexibility. Bodyweight, light weights, balls and resistance bands are all thrown into the mix.
This low-impact class combines weight and TRX suspension training to help improve your strength and mobility. It’s limited to just five people in a class – so wear trainers, and be prepared to sweat!
