What is it?

A workout that doesn’t even feel like a workout, but an actual rave? Sign us up! Tone your arms, core, glutes, legs and calves all at the same time in a 45 minute dance workout that will give you the ultimate mood boost (and some great laughs too). Give it a go and feel that increase of serotonin we all crave, in turn reducing stress and anxiety. It’s a win win. Plus, you’ll be able to pop on a Samsung Active Watch for the class (supplied to you on the day), so you can easily track every single jump, spin or twerk.

Need to know:

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to Frame Rave at Samsung KX on Thursday July 21.
• Please present your e-ticket on arrival. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• The event starts promptly at 6.30pm. Class runs for 45 mins. Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to set up.
• Each ticket purchased includes entrance to the event.
• Please ensure to wear work out clothes and appropriate footwear, like trainers.

• No equipment required for the class.
• Once sold out additional tickets will not be available for purchase on the door. All tickets must be purchased online.
