Tonight’s menu includes creating fresh butternut squash ravioli with sage and lemon sauce and fresh tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and gorgonzola. After it’s all seasoned to perfection, you’ll sit down and enjoy it along with salads, breads, wine, cardamom cantucci biscuits, coffee, and great company.
