Hosted by the Baker Street Quarter Partnership. join us for an our exclusive hour long Vinyasa class touching on breath awareness, simple sequencing, relaxation, pranayama and meditation. Suitable for mixed abilities, mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
We are unable to provide lockers. If you are attending for the first time you must complete and return a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to attending, failure to do so will result in you not being able to take part. Completed forms should be shown to the trainer at your first session.
