How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to gilroysloft@guinnessopengatelondon.com, with your preferred date and time in the subject line. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival

• Availability: Monday to Sunday.
• Voucher valid until October 30, 2026.
• Offer excludes Bank holidays.

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Maximum booking of six people. One voucher per person.
• Menu subject to change.
• A discretionary service charge may be added to the bill. 
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
