Comedy Club 4 Kids has spent the last two decades proving that children’s comedy doesn’t have to mean adults silently suffering at the back of the room. Since 2005, the much-loved family comedy institution has been bringing proper stand-ups, sketch acts and variety performers to young audiences, just without the rude bits.

For Battersea Park Comedy Festival, they’re taking over the Big Top with a brilliantly chaotic hour of jokes, silliness and crowd-pleasing antics designed for kids aged six and up. The line-up includes viral flipchart comedy queen Bec Hill, double Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Andrew Maxwell and master juggler Mat Ricardo, one of the UK’s funniest variety performers. Expect sharp comedy, ridiculous energy and enough laughs to keep both children and parents very happy indeed.
