3.5 hours, four recipes + tons of tasting
We like a good laid-back workshop. One where you can get your hands dirty, but you can also sit back and sample the fruits of your labours. In this case, you’ll learn a bit about jellies, jams, conserves, and relishes, cover the safety issues of cooking and packaging, and then decorate your adorable handmade creations.
Cider, breads, and cheese will also be provided to sample your stuff, and you’ll get a party bag with recipes, supplier info, tips, techniques, and of course, the four jars you blend yourself. Not a bad way to be productive yet still have a lovely weekend afternoon.
