Playground politics get a kingly makeover in this Shakespeare adaptation
When King Hal gets it into his head that invading France is a good idea, he sets off a chain of events that end up leaving England in a right old mess. This production manages to say all this so much more eloquently, and with sharp humour, dry wit, and kid-friendly action. Directed by Olivier Award nominee Ellen McDougall, this play has been adapted by Ignace Cornelissen, who brings the realm of kings and castles to life. A playful poke at political choices and the aftermath they can create. Seating allocated on arrival. Suitable for ages 8 and over. Running time approximately 1 hour.
"...a clever and engaging show, and another triumph for the Unicorn which...is making a real mark on the theatrical map."
