A cookery school with a twistIndian Flavours of Spring is a unique cooking school that creates a meeting spot for food lovers to unite in kitchens led by women who have mastered intricate home cooking skills from their own individual cultures. Using food as an instrument for social change, they aim to empower women with confidence and work readiness skills to achieve their highest potential. They are the only cooking school that works with unemployed or underemployed women as leaders of our cooking classes.
This class will be led by Mama Sadhana. She learned her love of cooking from her own mother and other women in her family. She came to the UK in 2003, and has 35 years experience creating delicious Gujarati dishes. Sadhana loves to experiment with new ingredients, discover new flavours and provide catering for events.
An exciting and innovative learning experience where the love for good food and company are truly admired.
