Wishing happy birthday to our favourite literary rebel
Once upon a time, 100 years ago to be precise, William S Burroughs was pulled kicking, screaming, and most probably swearing into our world. He’d go on to become one of the defining figures of the Beat generation – an artistic pioneer and fount of misanthropic wisdom. So come along and celebrate his birthday in a surreal secret location, host to a sprawling cityscape reconstructed from his writings. Featuring theatre, art, music, experimental performances, and clubbing, this is a dive into the one of the greatest minds of the 20th century. Go on, be spontaneous…you really don’t want to miss this. General admission. Over 18s only. You’ll receive location details upon booking. Dress code: go crazy like Burroughs. Ends 3am.
