Take a look around the place, darling – it’s a vision. Neo-Byzantine architecture, mosaics and plaques surrounded by gold and marble décor. This is the sort of place your mother deserves to be taken to for dinner. I’d love the pan-fried Loch Duart salmon, fennel puree, sautéed vegetables and chive beurre blanc. If you could manage that, I’d be awfully grateful.
