There's nothing standard about this jazz
Tonight the John East Project play at the 606 Club, one of London’s best jazz venues. Led by vocalist and organ player John East, this band have been a mainstay at the club for a while now. And there’s a reason, as they mix up a powerful horn section with melodic jazz. They’re playing standards and material from their debut album tonight. Here are some typical highlights of the ever-changing menu: - sun-dried tomato and basil-crusted salmon fillet - grilled cumberland sausages with a red wine-infused gravy and creamy mashed potatoes - spiced sweet potato and black bean burger, with Greek yoghurt, honey, and mixed leaves Best available seating allocated by the venue on arrival. Over 18s only. Your ticket price includes a two-course meal and music entry. We’ve managed to nab you a free glass of house wine on top of that.
