Using a specific case to examine the bigger picture of Russia's political prisoners

October marks the tenth year of the imprisonment of one time millionaire, Mikhail Khodorkovsky. He’s been behind bars for a decade on politically motivated charges due to a rocky relationship with Putin. Tonight, Frontline examine this case, using it to look at the wider implications of the imprisonment of opposition figures in Russia. A selection of Khodorkovsky’s writing has been dramatically adapted for performance this evening, directed by Noah Birksted-Breen and performed by Jonathan McGuinness, who is currently appearing in Dennis Kelley's new play at the Royal Court. General admission. Best available seating allocated by the venue on arrival. Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted.
