Learn to chop and dice like a proIn response to popular request, Greenwich Pantry have created a knife skills class to help you chop, slice and dice like a pro. This two hour class will introduce you to knife techniques you will use both in every day cooking and at dinner parties. With plenty of practice time in the class, you'll use your chopped ingredients for a one pot dish to enjoy in class or with friends at home. This class will sharpen your knife skills in no time.
Not available for Under 16s. Participants aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Valid ID required. The training kitchen is located at the Food Tech Room. A member of the team will be present to meet and greet at the main gate from 6pm.
Aprons and cooking equipment are provided. You may bring your own containers or purchase them at the workshop. More information is provided in your joining instructions before class.
