Join some of comedy’s finest up and coming and established names on Friday nights in the Elgar Room. The evening will be hosted by Richard Herring, who has enjoyed phenomenal cult success as a writer and performer and is an innovator in the world of podcasts. Richard’s Leicester Square Theatre Podcast sees him interview top comedians in front of a live audience and is then released online both as videos and podcasts for free. Mike Wozniak is a British comedian, writer, actor and voice-artist. Following his debut Edinburgh solo show in 2008, he was nominated for the if.comedy best newcomer and won the Time Out New Act of the year Award. He has also played the part of Brian in comedian Greg Davies’ sitcom Man Down since 2013. Steve Bugeja is no stranger to comedic success either. Bugeja was crowned the 2013 BBC Radio New Comedy Award winner and was a finalist in the Amused Moose and Laughing Horse new act competitions, making him one of the stand-out new acts of the past few years. Steve supported Russell Kane on his national tour ‘Smallness’ and he continues to gig at comedy clubs across the country. Over 18s only. Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted.
