Learn the art of authentic Valencian paella at Fitzrovia’s Arros QD in this hands-on masterclass created exclusively for the Time Out community. Start with a glass of cava and signature snacks before the chefs guide you through the story, ingredients and techniques behind Spain’s most iconic rice dish. Then step up to the wood-fire kitchen and cook your own paella, choosing from Valenciana, Mediterranean or Mushroom depending on your group. As the pan crackles away, you’ll learn the secrets behind that coveted crispy rice base, the socarrat, before sitting down to enjoy the paella you’ve made together straight from the pan.

How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem your voucher, please contact maria@arrosqd.com with your preferred date and time, clearly stating your voucher and security codes. We kindly advise checking availability prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment. Please ensure your voucher, security code, and QR code are clearly visible, and present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Friday (from 5 pm).
• Voucher valid until August 31, 2026.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a Paella Masterclass session at Arros QD.
• One voucher per person, minimum of four people. Maximum booking of six people.
• A 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked experience may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Any additional food or drinks ordered on the day that fall outside of the masterclass menu will be charged separately and subject to the restaurant’s standard service charge.
• Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time. A grace period of 20 minutes is offered for late arrivals. As the masterclass follows a fixed schedule, the restaurant reserves the right to decline entry if guests arrive after this window.
• Due to the fixed nature of the menu and cooking experience, the restaurant may not be able to accommodate all dietary requirements or allergies. Guests with dietary restrictions should contact the restaurant in advance to confirm whether they can be accommodated.
