What is it?

Secret Food Tours by Time Out is passionate about showcasing mouthwatering hidden gems in amazing locations across the globe. Follow your local expert food guide through the narrow lanes of Borough Market, the cobbled streets of Southwark and the banks of the River Thames as you eat your way through 2,000 years of British history. Accessible to all ages, group sizes and occasions, this is an authentic experience that’s sure to leave you feeling enlightened.

Every day at 11 and Tuesday through Saturday 3 pm.

What you'll do:

• First, you'll eat a bacon and egg bap in the famous Borough Market.
• The second stop includes award-winning fish and chips.
• Next up, sample the best traditional sausage roll in town.
• Visit a historic pub, to try a selection of British cheeses served with fruit, crackers, and chutney. Washed down with English cider.
• Finally, dine on a classic English dessert, served with a pot of refreshing breakfast tea.
• As with all the tours, there's the delicious Secret Dish.
