Virtuosity by the bucket-load
The London Philharmonic Orchestra is a big player on the international stage. Conducted by Vladimir Jurowski, they have musicianship running through their fingers. Tonight, they’re bringing Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto and Bruckner's Symphony No 3 to life. Both pieces represent the fruit of years of labour in exquisitely unique ways.
Seating allocated on arrival. Latecomers may not be admitted. Free pre-concert event in the Royal Festival Hall, 6pm-6:45pm
