No, no, no, not those stodgy desiccated coconut things your grandma serves up with her cuppa. This sugar-filled class is gonna teach you the ins and outs of making lovely, delicate meringue biscuits and how to become a master of all things macaron. Working in pairs, you’ll create three different flavours (salted caramel, lemon buttercream, and pistachio), pick up a heap of insider tips and tricks, and take home your own box of sweet treats. All ingredients are provided; all you need to do is bring an apron.
