Conquer the fine art of making those little beautiesThey’re gorgeous in all their flavours and various colours, but man have they frustrated bakers since the beginning of time. These temperamental little pastries quite honestly just take some love and practice. Under the careful guidance of Fabricio, you’ll work in pairs to make three different flavours of macaron and learn all the tricks and tips of the trade. Having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, trust us when we say this guy knows what he’s doing. At the end of the day you’ll have recipes and a box of macaroons to show for it. Not bad.
General admission. All ingredients and equipment will be provided, but please bring an apron if you wish.
