A masterclass on the ins-and-outs of steak and the fine art of butchery

Meet executive head chef Gareth Bowen and eighth-generation butcher Darragh O'Shea, as they showcase the finest cuts of steak in a butchery demonstration. There'll be a full delicious tasting, of course, paired with expertly selected wines. It's also worth remembering that Gillray's is located in an ideal London spot: right by the Thames, opposite Big Ben. More than just a meat and greet.
