How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to dearjackie@broadwicksoho.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Saturday (Lunch: 12 pm to 2:30 pm) or (Dinner: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm or 9 pm to 10:30 pm).
• Voucher valid from January 2, 2026 until February 28, 2026.
• Not valid for lunch from January 1, 2026 to January 11, 2026. January 14 and 30, 2026 or Valentine's Day.
• Other black out dates may apply.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for three courses and a cocktail at Dear Jackie.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Menu subject to change.
• Bookings must be made in advance, walks in will not be accepted.
• Maximum booking of six people.
• Dietary requirements & allergies must be communicated upon reservation for the whole table.
• 15% discretionary service charge will be applied to the final bill.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
• Time Out is not responsible for ensuring any dietary requirements are catered for. Please contact Dear Jackie to ensure your dietary requirements can be accommodated before purchasing a voucher.
