How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to reservations@normalondon.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Friday 12 noon - 6:30 pm.
• This offer is not valid for use between November 24 and December 19, 2025.
• Voucher valid until January 30, 2026.

• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.

• Minimum booking of two people. Maximum booking of four people.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
