Modern Easter English supper from The Elmore Jam and Mr PigstuffNow Easter is normally a time for gorging on chocolate, and we wouldn't want to do anything to dissuade you from that, but why not join father and daughter team Nick and Ro at their fantastic pop-up The Elmore Jam too, where Mr Pigstuff is putting on an Easter supper club that 's going to be impossible to resist.
Arrive to the sounds of the 1960s juke box and enjoy a cocktail, then settle in for a cracking 4-course meal to the sounds of live music. The founder of the feast, Mr Pigstuff, is well known to London's foodies. Here's what they have to say.
"We combine the skilful execution of traditional cookery techniques with innovative twists, creating dishes that are vibrant and enticing, as pleasing to the eye as to the taste-buds. At Mr Pigstuff we try to create menus that are in harmony with the seasons and Britain's rich food tapestry…we strive to enhance and celebrate the freshest seasonal local ingredients to create dishes that are full of stunning natural flavour."
