Catty, bitchy, cross-dressing threesome take to the road
Outdoor screenings are becoming a London summer staple, and Nomad are one of the best. Hugo Weaving (aka Agent Smith in The Matrix) looks a little different in this movie. Here he is in cult 1994 movie as Mitzi Del Bra, an utter fabulous drag queen. It's a road trip movie where two drag queens and a transsexual make the journey from Sydney to perform in a holiday resort in Alice Springs. This movie made a big impact on the LBGT scene and Australian cinema in the nineties.
