Several mini-festivals + plenty of surprises all over the grounds
It’s the first anniversary of the London 2012 Olympic Games (time flies, huh?). To celebrate this very special birthday, Open East Festival will be returning to the beautiful grounds for a weekend of arts, activity, food, world music, and more. With all-star venues on board, there’ll be plenty of highlights for the whole family with this one. Sample world flavours at the "Real Food Festival" and check out the live Stadium athletics broadcast onto a big screen down by the water as you picnic on the banks. Try and sniff out a masterpiece at the "Art Car Boot Fair" (ahem, Damien Hirst has appeared here before), encounter some National Theatre stars, and so many other surprises. We couldn’t love this festival more.
General admission.
