Learn how to identify the five stages to any attack, break free from a physical attack, release effectively from grabs including around the neck, locks and holds and how to use physics to your advantage.
This is an interactive workshop delivered by male and female instructors from Personal Safety London and is suitable for all levels of fitness, physical ability, gender and age.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Long hair should be tied back and loose jewellery should be removed. Water will be provided. Pictures may be taken for promotional use.
